Agile training (2 Days)
These 2 days are designed to a foundation required for teams to get
started with Agile, including introducing key Agile concepts. The
following is an overview of how QAgile can help prepare you for
Agile work.
Day 1: Agile booting
This interactive One Day Agile training provides your entire team
with an overview of the benefits of Agile by exploring the
underlying principles of Agile and the fundamental practices of Agile
delivery. At the end of the workshop, your team will have a shared
context for applying Agile practices within your environment. The
team will have also worked together in a safe environment to
highlight any issues there may be with specific team members or
their interactions. This can be completed in the QAgile training suite or onsite.

This can either be your whole project team or can be groups of testers from different projects.
The Agile training can also be run to help educate your Agile project stakeholders to ensure they
understand their commitment and interaction.
Day 2: Release/ Iteration Planning
This training provides a structured approach to help your team determine its test capacity,
prioritise its work, define tasks, and estimate the tasks for the upcoming iteration. This will
reinforce a team commitment to the iteration. Your coaches can facilitate this meeting for you
although we prefer to mentor this activity so your team starts to build the competency internally
from the start. The whole team is responsible for the product quality not just the tester as the
gatekeeper. It is therefore important to help the tester to facilitate this understanding that
quality is built in and not tested out.
